David Anthony1 StarPurchased some flooring online. After two weeks didn’t get any contact from the company. Eventually after calling, emailing and messaging constantly they said that they had lost my order.
When I resent them my receipt, they said they would look for it. Weeks later they said they had found it and it would be delivered the next week.
Three weeks later they still haven’t sent it, never call my back and deflect from any details every time I call by saying they will call me back (they never do).
