Ranjoy B5 StarExcellent experience, very friendly staff in store who did not employ typical pressure sales tactics and instead allowed us to take our time to make a decision on a such big purchase. Both carpets and flooring were replaced throughout our house and Andersens came out a couple of times to give us the right quote. We also received regular updates from Cemre at the Belconnen store throughout the process around stock levels and installation times, and the many many questions we had were answered promptly. Also a big shoutout to the installation teams, they were very professional, friendly and efficient. Jason and Adi from the flooring team were especially great. The carpet is so nice and soft to walk on..very happy with the service i received. I had several conversations with Vanessa during the whole process and she made it all so easy from start to finish.
